Mikita Karzei

Belarus

2nd year Master in Management student specializing in Strategy & Consulting and a Double Degree Program student at Kozminski University and Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics

Mikita is honored to be a recipient of both the Kozminski Future Leaders Scholarship and the Rector's Scholarship, which have significantly supported his academic journey.

His keen interest revolves around Strategy Consulting and Corporate Development. He is passionately committed to advancing in these fields, driven by a desire to contribute innovative solutions and strategic insights to businesses and organizations.

Nikhil Suresh

India

1st year Master in Finance & Accounting student

He gained valuable experience working at Deloitte, corporate banks, and startups in India. His most recent role involved leading the finance service line for a startup.

In addition to his studies, he is an active member of the Kozminski Consulting Club. He is passionate about finance and excited to pursue a career in investment or management consulting after graduation.

Malwina Rzepka

Poland

Malwina is a PhD candidate and assistant at the Department of Empirical Economic Analysis at Kozminski University. She has been associated with the Leon Koźmiński Academy since the very beginning of her higher education. She completed her bachelor's studies in Finance and Accounting with an average grade of 4.75 (on a scale of 2-5), and she graduated with honors from the master's program in Big Data Analysis in Finance and Accounting. Her PhD project concerns bubbles in the housing market in Western economies, and she received funding from the National Science Centre to finance it. After completing business projects and internships at companies like Pekao S.A., Discovery, and Oracle, she decided to pursue a career in academia.
