Adiunktka w Akademii Leona Koźmińskiego oraz dyrektorka Centrum Badań Kobiet i Różnorodności w Organizacjach. Specjalizuje się w zagadnieniach płci i różnorodności w organizacjach i uczelniach. Członkini Akademii Młodych Uczonych Polskiej Akademii Nauk (AMU PAN). Laureatka stypendium Ministra Nauki dla Młodych Wybitnych Naukowców, ETIUDA (Narodowego Centrum Nauki) i Fulbright Junior Research Award. Jej prace były publikowane w międzynarodowych czasopismach naukowych, takich jak Gender, Work and Organizations, Accounting, Auditing & Accountability Journal, Journal of Computer Information Systems, Journal of Global Information Technology Management. Ko-redaktorka w czasopiśmie Tamara: : Journal for Critical Organization Inquiry. Dr Górska prowadziła oraz brała udział w licznych grantach krajowych oraz międzynarodowych finansowane przez Narodowe Centrum Nauki, British Academy, Fundusze Unijne, Fundusze Norweskie oraz akcji COST. Międzynarodowe doświadczenie zdobywała w Columbia Business School i ESCP Business School. Blisko współpracuje ze studentami w programie TOP15 (jako absolwentka oraz mentorka), prowadzi Studenckie Koło Naukowe "Women in Organisations" oraz jest mentorką w Kozminski Business Hub. Oprócz działalności badawczej oraz dydaktycznej, na uczelni jest członkinią biura ds. Wpływu, Akredytacji, Rankingów i Strategii.
