MBA Automotive at Kozminski University: Partnership with the Polish Car Dealers Association

27.02.2026

Kozminski University is entering into cooperation with the Polish Car Dealers Association to deliver the new MBA Automotive programme. The partnership aims to further strengthen the quality and effectiveness of the learning experience by linking the programme more closely to real market challenges and by bringing a stronger industry perspective into the work with participants.

A programme for a turning point in the automotive sector

The automotive sector is undergoing a transformation that simultaneously affects technology, sales models, and customer expectations. Electromobility, digitalisation, the use of data and AI, and the reshaping of the broader mobility ecosystem mean that managerial decisions require a new set of capabilities - both strategic and operational. MBA Automotive has been designed as a response to this moment: it supports leaders who want not only to respond to change, but to manage it deliberately.

Cooperation with industry associations makes it possible to design education closer to real market challenges. The MBA Automotive programme develops managerial competencies in a sector that sits at the very centre of technological and business transformation,” emphasizes Prof. Grzegorz Mazurek, Rector of Kozminski University.

Cooperation built on practice and current case studies

As part of the cooperation, the Polish Car Dealers Association contributes substantive input to the programme, recommends experts who may teach selected sessions, and supports access to the most current possible case studies and industry knowledge resources. As a result, the programme is intended to be firmly grounded in market realities - from profitability decisions and new sales models, through customer relationships, after-sales transformation, and building competitive advantage in an environment shaped by accelerated regulatory and technological change.

This new addition to Kozminski University’s educational portfolio is addressed to industry leaders who want to develop their management toolkit in a time of transformation. An important dimension is also peer exchange: the programme is designed to create space for networking among professionals facing similar challenges across different companies and segments of the market.
