Kozminski University’s Executive MBA program has once again been ranked among the world’s best – taking the 68th place globally, 1st in Central and Eastern Europe, and remaining unrivalled in Poland. This marks another major international success for the Polish university that has been shaping leaders for over three decades. Kozminski stands once more alongside globally renowned institutions such as HEC Paris, Grenoble Ecole de Management, and Hult International Business School.

The Financial Times Executive MBA Ranking 2025, published today, lists the top 100 management programs worldwide. The FT editorial team evaluates business schools holding international accreditations, ensuring the highest standards of education, a strong ESG component, and graduates’ achievements in career advancement. The ranking results are based on data provided by the business schools and on comprehensive surveys conducted among their alumni.

“Kozminski University’s position in the Financial Times ranking confirms that our Executive MBA program consistently maintains a world-class standard. We are proud that within Central and Eastern Europe, it is Kozminski that sets the benchmark for managerial education – a program combining values, practice, and a global perspective,” says Professor Grzegorz Mazurek, Rector of Kozminski University.

A program with tradition and a forward-looking perspective

Kozminski University’s Executive MBA is the oldest program of its kind in Poland, operating continuously since 1989. Its alumni include thousands of business leaders in Poland and abroad. The 68th edition of the program is currently underway, continuously evolving to align with global trends and accreditation standards set by institutions such as AMBA and AACSB.

The Executive MBA is an advanced program for leaders who seek to consciously develop their careers and effectively manage in a dynamic, global business environment. Its mission is to equip participants with modern, practical knowledge in management, strategy, leadership, and communication – skills essential for making sound decisions, building effective teams, and driving long-term business growth.

Throughout the program, participants develop abilities to analyze and solve complex business problems, create and implement strategies, conduct effective negotiations, and communicate efficiently in diverse, multicultural contexts. The program is grounded in up-to-date insights into economic, social, and political trends—both regional and global – enabling a deeper understanding of contemporary market challenges.

MBA programs at Kozminski University belong to the global elite of management education. The university holds the three most prestigious international accreditations – EQUIS, AMBA, and AACSB – known collectively as the Triple Crown Accreditation, achieved by less than 1% of business schools worldwide. This status is not only a symbol of prestige but also a guarantee of the quality expected by global leaders.

“At Kozminski, we don’t just teach management – we teach how to think strategically and act responsibly. The Executive MBA program provides our participants with the tools to make decisions in a complex global environment, while inspiring them to be leaders aware of their impact on people and society,” emphasizes Dr. Sylwia Hałas-Dej, Dean of Kozminski Executive Business School and Director of the Executive MBA program.

An integral part of the program is collaboration with leading European business schools. Participants take part in international study modules, including a week-long session at ESCP Business School – one of Europe’s oldest and most prestigious institutions – and at partner universities that belong to the Executive MBA Consortium for Global Business Innovation.

Education that matters

Kozminski University continues to strengthen its position in the Financial Times international rankings, reaffirming its place among the global elite of business schools providing education tailored to the challenges of the modern world. Its position in this year’s Executive MBA ranking is not only a success of the program itself, but also a testament to the university’s long-term strategy grounded in values, innovation, and social responsibility.

“Managerial education at Kozminski is a process that connects knowledge, technology, and humanity. We educate leaders ready to act wisely and ethically in a world of constant change – and that is precisely why our place is among the best in the world,” adds Professor Mazurek.
