Job and Internship Fair organized by the Kozminski University Career Development and Alumni Relations Office is an event which is impatiently awaited by our community of over 6 thousand students as well as partner companies which decide to present during the fair their recruitment offer addressed specifically to them.
This event is organized with a great attention to every detail. We make sure, above all, that students have knowledge of what companies will appear at the planned fair, so they can prepare in advance for their first contact with a potential employer. We organize training and workshops to help students improve their CVs or create them from scratch, we share tips and advice on how to make a good first impression. In addition, intimate and friendly space fosters conversation and a pleasant atmosphere of the entire event, and during the fair we provide technical support so that our guests feel safe.
Last edition was very unique, because for the first time we decided to have a two-day fair conducted in the formula of online and offline. On 30 March we held a total of 9 meetings with companies and organizations: ABW, Accenture, ASB Poland Sp. z o.o., CISCO, BPION, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Korn ferry, Point 72 and Razor Group. On March 31st was an on-site day, during which we hosted CISCO, ING Tech, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Japan Tobacco International, Knight Frank, Management Solutions and Point 72.
During the on-site day, the opportunity to talk with career counselors, who offered a preliminary CV check and made appointments with interested students for individual consultations, was very popular.
In addition, we were delighted that among the exhibitors, both online and offline days, we met with our graduates acting as potential employers. This has an additional value for us and shows that graduates are willing to return to their Alma Mater during their professional path. We send you warm greetings!
