The Legal Interdisciplinary Science Center was established by the order of the Rector of the Kozminski University on April 26, 2019.
Its mission is to organize permanent research and consultative cooperation with stakeholders interested in legal studies and to integrate researchers from various disciplines to design, study and promote high standards of legal education and raise the level of legal awareness.
The Center cooperates with researchers and academic teachers from various fields (law, IT, sociology, psychology, economics, management), both from KU and from other research institutions in Poland and abroad.
The Center is associated with the Department of Legal Theory, Philosophy and History of Law at the Kozminski University and the quarterly ‘The Critique of Law. Independent Legal Studies’ (ISSN 2080-1084, eISSN 2450-7938), one of the best-scored legal journals in Poland.
