Kozminski@TopHighSchool
Kozminski@TopHighSchool is a partner programme supporting the development of students, teachers and school management staff. It offers on-site classes, lectures and workshops delivered by the University’s staff, support for academic clubs, and the organisation of events. Students can benefit from workshops and career guidance, while teachers and headteachers have access to training and cooperation in creating patronage classes.
For schools wishing to establish close cooperation with the University, we propose joining the programme. The aim of Kozminski@TopHighSchool is primarily to promote knowledge and develop young people’s competencies with the participation of academic staff. The programme is also addressed to teachers, educators and school headteachers. As part of the cooperation, we offer:
For students

ON-SITE CLASSES AT THE UNIVERSITY
tailored to the class profile or to a programme offered at the University – in Polish or English. Classes may take the form of a lecture or an interactive format, e.g. a simulated court hearing or an Oxford-style debate

for students at school, delivered by teaching staff and students

Participation of schools in events, conferences, debates and other initiatives organised at Kozminski University, as well as participation of academic staff in events organised by the school

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT FROM A KOZMINSKI UNIVERSITY EXPERT
Support through training for students (public speaking, negotiation techniques, etc.), conducting workshops on coping with stress

COOPERATION WITH THE KOZMINSKI UNIVERSITY CAREER OFFICE
Organisation at the school of practical workshops for students with career advisers. Example workshop topics: My first CV, How to gain experience?, My first job, Jobs of the future, My competencies (FRIS).
For teachers

TRAINING FOR TEACHERS AND HEADTEACHERS PREPARED IN COOPERATION WITH THE UNIVERSITY
The training topic is agreed individually with the school (suggested topics: How to teach Gen Z?, burnout, using AI in teaching, consultation of the curriculum of the new subject – Business and Management)
