Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM) and Kozminski University join forces to deliver a unique Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program that combines world-class management education, cutting-edge research, and practical business applications.
The DBA is a prestigious doctoral degree that allows experienced leaders and managers to deepen their knowledge, conduct innovative research, and implement groundbreaking solutions in the business world. The new DBA pathway, in collaboration between GEM and Kozminski University, offers a unique opportunity to earn a Doctor of Business Administration degree from one of the world’s top business schools.
Program Start Date: The first recruitment begins in April 2025, and the first cohort will commence their studies at GEM in November 2025.

- DBA GEM France, DBA GEM & HEG-Genève and DBA GEM USA.
- Hosted by: GEM
- Description: Intensive, week-long introductory seminar that allows participants to learn the fundamentals of the DBA program and interact with DBA GEM France, DBA GEM & HEG-Genève and DBA GEM USA doctoral students.
March 2026 - Second seminar
- Kozminski University, Warsaw, Poland
- Hosted by: GEM and Kozminski University
- Description: Seminar to deepen knowledge and research skills.
October 2026 - Third seminar
- DBA GEM France, DBA GEM & HEG-Genève and DBA GEM USA.
- Conducted by: GEM
- Description: Another intensive DBA meeting where participants will again join DBA GEM France, DBA GEM & HEG-Genève and DBA GEM USA PhD students, fostering global networking and knowledge exchange.
April 2027 - Fourth seminar (online)
- Hosted by: GEM
- Description: Online research seminar focused on advancing doctoral work and research methodology.
Webinars and online support
GEM provides mandatory and optional webinars that will supplement the knowledge gained during the seminars. Webinars will be available to all GEM- KU DBA POLAND student participants.
