I combine practical experience with profound understanding of modern management standards and trends, including the ways agility blends with traditional businesses. It enables me to regularly contribute to global standards published by leading professional organizations such as PMI and IPMA. Over the years I was also invited to develop curricula and teach in several international MBA and Executive MBA programs at leading universities. You can regularly meet me as a speaker during major conferences and seminars in the field of project and transformation management.

Wioleta Kicman is a business psychologist serving as an independent Organizational Change Management (OCM) and business transformation consultant, mentor, and trainer. With more than a decade of hands-on experience, she specializes in delivering business change and transformation initiatives in both public and private sectors, offering a unique perspective on human behavior and its influencing factors. 

As an active change practitioner, she has successfully delivered projects for prominent organizations such as NHS, Transport for London, EY, Becton Dickinson, and Labcorp Drug Development (now Fortrea).

Wioleta holds two master's degrees, in public health and psychology, and multiple certifications including the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Agile Change Agent (ACA) and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
