Scientific conference "Whistleblowing in organizations as implementation of the objectives of the Whistleblower Protection Directive"

The Friedrich Ebert Foundation, Kozminski University in Warsaw and Raczkowski Law Firm would like to invite you to the scientific conference Whistleblowing in organizations as an implementation of the goals of the Directive on protection of whistleblowers, which will be held on April 25, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at our university in the Kozminski Lecture Hall.

The subject of the conference will be the analysis of the model of whistleblowing and protection of whistleblowers introduced by the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2019/1937 of October 23, 2019 on the protection of whistleblowers against violations of Union law and subsequent drafts of the law aimed at implementing the Directive. These topics arouse a lot of emotion, not least due to the delay in the implementation of the Directive, hence the need for a substantive discussion in a way that takes into account the legal, systemic, economic and social context, including the important voice of the social partners.
