The project is co-financed by the European Social Fund under the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development, a non-competition project entitled “University teaching excellence” (described in the application form no. POWR.03.04.00-00-P023/21)
The main objective of the project is developing standards for the implementation of the Reflective Practice of Education Program (PRPK), including the preparation of organizational and legal principles and procedures as part of the pilot implementation of comprehensive and universal mechanisms, as well as innovative methods and activities as part of developing teachers' competences and improving education at the level of the master's seminar and the diploma workshop.
THE TARGET GROUP of the project are 10 teachers who are promoters or supervisors of the diploma projects, representing management sciences, legal sciences, economics and finance.
As part of the project we have planned the following ACTIVITIES:
RESULTS
- 10 original concepts of reflective improvement of teachers' competences,
- 2 models for the implementation of classes, i.e. a master's seminar and a diploma workshop with the use of original concepts of reflexive improvement, taking into account the specificity of scientific disciplines,
- implementation at KU of new solutions resulting from the network's operation, including drawing from domestic and foreign experience,
- use of products, eg (evaluation tools, balance of competences, models) in the activities of the University.
