Joanna is a graduate of the MBA for Engineers program at Kozminski University and holds a degree in Sanitary and Water Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology. She is a mentor and coach with EMCC Practitioner accreditation and has completed postgraduate studies at SWPS University.

With practical experience in managing the construction and operation of gas networks, she has held various leadership roles, including Director of the Gas Plant from 2007 to 2014 and Director of the Technical Services Improvement Program at Polskie Spółki Gazownictwa (PSG) from 2014 to 2016. Now, after concluding her managerial and expert roles, she actively serves as a mentor, coach, and job coach.

Joanna values intergenerational collaboration and knowledge sharing through mentoring programs. She focuses on developing managerial skills and applying project management solutions in practice. She is an advocate for continuous development, emphasizing soft skills and adaptability, leveraging her professional experience alongside her coaching and mentoring skills.
