The Interdisciplinary Development of People and Organizations - "Developing well-being in times of diversity of experiences"

None of us can remain indifferent to the plethora of contemporary challenges we face daily.  With this in mind, we would like to invite you to the first edition of The Interdisciplinary Development of People and Organizations Conference, which will allow interdisciplinary discussions on psychology, management, and technology development.

Knowledge, research and experience of scientists and practitioners from various fields can be a valuable support for people, teams and organizations that aim at achieving success while ensuring a high level of well-being, which is the basis of a good and fulfilled life.

The conference is organized in a mixed formula (2 days of interactive online speeches + 1 day of on-site workshops at Kozminski University, Warsaw).
