MindMed consultations
In cooperation with the MindMed Institute of Psychotherapy, we have prepared an offer of mental health support—an important part of everyday functioning, especially when you are under stress, experiencing overload, or facing a crisis.
Below you will find details of our partnership with MindMed:
- Consultations are available exclusively to Kozminski University students and staff.
- You may book consultations with specialists (psychologist / psychotherapist / psychiatrist) — up to three free sessions during the project period.
- Consultations can take place in person at MindMed’s office in Warsaw (Krochmalna 54/56) or as video consultations.*
- If you decide to continue therapy after completing the three sessions, further appointments are paid privately.
- If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
- Any appointment that is not cancelled in time will be counted as a used session.
- Information about who contacts a specialist is confidential and available only to MindMed staff for service delivery purposes.
- To book an appointment, please email the reception desk at: [email protected]
Please include in your message:
- your full name and phone number,

- The reception desk will send proposed appointment times within 48 hours.
- Your eligibility will be verified based on your email address.

* You may book a consultation with a psychotherapist of your choice. Please note that some therapists offer in-person appointments in other cities, which may make a meeting at the Warsaw office unavailable.
