She completed her Executive MBA studies at Kozminski University, with modules in Berlin (ESCP) and Rio de Janeiro (COPPEAD).

She is the Chairwoman of the Management Board of Phillips Europe, the European unit of Phillips Industries, an international automotive manufacturing company employing over 250 people. She is responsible for all business processes in the company. Within the entire Phillips Industries group, she is a member of the Global Leadership Team and serves as General Counsel. She has been with the company since 2019.

Previously, she worked for over a dozen years at the largest law firms in Poland, including Sołtysiński Kawecki Szlęzak and CMS Cameron McKenna, where she was a member of the Transactions and Corporate Law Department. She has participated in dozens of M&A transactions, private equity/venture capital projects and restructurings, and has advised on corporate governance and the day-to-day operations of companies.

She made a major career change – from a transactional lawyer to a leader managing part of an international company. This experience showed her the importance of bold decision-making, personal development and readiness for change.
