A graduate of the University of Gdańsk. 

She has over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, leadership and organisational development, gained in international structures, including The Economist, Dentsu and Net-a-Porter. She currently serves as Chief Digital Marketing Officer at PSYSYS and supports the expansion of technology companies (Hybrid.ai, XPON Technologies) in Europe. For several years, she has been actively involved as a mentor and coach, supporting women in building confidence, leadership and career strategies in the digital and technology fields. She is also the founder of The Future Female, a global women's development platform bringing together female leaders from Europe, Australia, the Middle East and the Caribbean.

She was included in Forbes Women's ‘50 after 50’ list as one of the leaders inspiring women to professional and personal development. She hosts the international podcast The Future Female, in which she talks to women leaders from around the world about courage, leadership and change. She has organised numerous workshops and development events for women in Europe and the Caribbean, including her own ‘Woman of the Future’ retreats. In my personal and professional life, I am guided by a mission to create a global community of women who support each other in building confidence, success and balance.
