MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT  AND  OWN BUSINESS ACTIVITY/ENTREPRENEURSHIP

She holds a degree in management and production engineering and a master's degree in applied linguistics. From the very beginning, her professional path has combined the worlds of business, innovation and social development, and today she uses this experience to support others in creating positive change.

She took her first professional steps in corporations while still a student — from an internship in the project management department at Amazon to a position in the Compliance department, where she quickly rose to the position of senior manager, responsible for, among other things, streamlining internal processes. The last stage of her corporate career was as a Project Manager at the German company TRUMPF, where she developed her skills in managing complex international projects.

After several years in business, she decided to combine her experience with her passion for education and social activities by creating her own innovative brand that connects the world of business with the world of social engagement. She organises networking and inspirational events for young people, based on her original e-book ‘Przy kawie ze zmieniającymi świat’ (‘Over coffee with those changing the world’). She has organised these events in partnership with RocketJobs (Gdańsk), Volvo Car Warsaw and Stary Browar in Poznań, among others.

She also cooperates on a daily basis with universities in Poland and abroad.

For five years, she has been running the Web Korki Foundation, an educational organisation that supports children from orphanages in their learning and development, and develops the social skills of volunteers. The foundation has already conducted over 20,000 classes and has a permanent team of 200 people. It is building a sustainable ecosystem of cooperation with business around it, including by organising an annual gala under the patronage of Forbes.
