In a nutshell, I can say about myself that I am a People Expert in Business. I have 18 years of experience in the area of Personnel Management in international organizations in the manufacturing, financial, construction and retail industries min: IKEA, STRABAG, ING Życie, British-American Tobacco. I have served as HR Director, HR Business Partner and HR Manager.

I am a graduate of Psychology of Organization and Management at the Catholic University of Lublin, postgraduate studies in Career Advisory - management of career development and change at Kozminski University and Labor Law and Social Insurance at WSPA. Currently, I am intensively developing in the field of Mentoring - I have completed the “Mentoring Essesntials” course at CoachWise and the “Mentor Academy” conducted by the Lublin Business Club, recognized in 2022 by EMCC Poland as the best mentoring program in Poland (NGO category). I am in the process of obtaining accreditation with EMCC.

I am a certified consultant of Thomas International PPA - Behavioral Styles Analysis and a certified trainer of the Coaching Game “Hero's Journey®”Heros Navigares®.
