She has extensive experience in the financial sector across various departments (product, marketing, sales) and has worked in the electronics industry (Sony) and lighting (Philips). Additionally, she freelanced on human capital projects for Jagiellonian University.

She has participated in events at the World Economic Forum and the United Nations.
