Economic Analysis of Economic Insurance Law II

,which will be held on November 5, 2024 in a hybrid formula, stationary at the University of Lodz.

Conference is free of charge.

The second edition of the Conference continues its mission to strengthen cooperation between lawyers and economists by using economic tools to analyze the law. The panels will include prominent specialists in the fields of civil law, commercial law, administrative law and business insurance law. During the discussions there will be an opportunity for experts and conference participants to exchange views. Conclusions and insights can be used in scientific and professional activities. 

Subject areas:

  • customer protection in the insurance market,
  • insurers' solvency and reporting obligations in the context of planned changes to the Solvency II Directive and the IRRD resolution,
  • new technologies in insurance,
  • problems of liquidation of insurance loss in jurisprudence,
  • changes in compulsory insurance.
