Katarzyna has held various positions, including Assistant, Project/Product Manager, Service Owner, and Leader. She focuses on developing others, implementing improvements, and fostering skill development.
Currently, she manages the mentoring platform at Nordea and leads the Future Engineers reskilling program. She also participates in mentoring programs like Business Leaders and Mentoring for the University of Warsaw.
She views individuals holistically, integrating mind, feelings, and body by combining her experiences as a coach, mentor, leader, and mother with tools like Strengths-Based Coaching (Gallup), Nonviolent Communication, Cognitive Coaching, and Mindfulness.
