A graduate of the Kozminski University (Law). A long-time entrepreneur with extensive business experience. 

Marcin specializes in civil, commercial, penal-economic law, as well as bankruptcy and restructuring law. Additionally, he deals with cooperative and housing law, representing some of the largest entities of this type in Poland. He handles court proceedings (participated in several hundred trials as a legal representative). 

Marcin has worked at the PROKURENT law firm, which has over 35 years of experience in the legal market since he graduated from the University. In 2021, he passed the final bar exam and in 2023  he became a partner, managing the firm’s largest clients. 

Since 2022, he has also served as a mentor to junior lawyers at the firm, helping them develop their careers and sharing his professional experience.
