Professor Robert Rządca is Full Professor in the Department of Strategy, Vice-Rector for Research and Personnel Development, and Deputy Rector. He chairs the Accreditation Committee of the HR Excellence in Research. He is one of the founders of Kozminski University. In 1993–2015, he was Deputy Chairman of the Kozminski University Board of Trustees. He supervised five doctoral dissertations and is an acknowledged specialist in the fields of management and strategy, as his scientific interests include negotiation, public dispute resolution, and strategy in the new economy. Rządca did scientific internships in such insititutions as Harvard University and DePaul University. He is a mediator in disputes between labor unions and employers. He authored many articles and books, the most famous of which are Negocjacje (Negotiation) and Negocjacje w interesach (Negotiation in Business). He headed scientific projects financed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
