Visited Saïd Business School, UK

Participating in the GNAM program and the Real Estate course at Saïd Business School was not only an academic adventure, but also a journey into the present and future of the real estate industry. It was a perfect complement to my EMBA studies. As an experienced manager in the real estate sector, I could combine my financial knowledge with market practice and at the same time gain a broader view of global trends and challenges that are shaping the industry.

The Oxford course was a unique opportunity to look at real estate from a global perspective – through the eyes of an international investor, in the context of changing economic conditions. This was possible thanks to the analysis of real case studies and discussions with a diverse group of managers and experts from around the world. A major advantage of the program were also the debates on innovation, the use of AI in real estate, and the growing role of PropTech, which are already changing and will continue to change the future of the industry.

Oxford is also a place that connects extraordinary people from different parts of the world. The classroom discussions, case studies, and informal evening conversations made it not only a learning experience but also an exceptional networking journey. I gained knowledge and inspiration that will stay with me for a long time and bring value to my professional career.

Visited Yale School of Management, USA

Participating in the Global Network for Advanced Management week at Yale School of Management was an absolute privilege and one of the most meaningful highlights of my Executive MBA journey.

The theme of the week - Behavioral Science of Management - provided a unique opportunity to explore how leaders, teams, and organizations truly make decisions. Through sessions on cognitive biases, choice architecture, negotiation mindsets, behavioral finance, and consumer experiences, world-class faculty challenged assumptions and broadened our perspectives. Each lecture combined academic excellence with practical relevance, making the learning both thought-provoking and applicable.

Yet, the real value went far beyond the classroom. With participants from over 20 leading business schools worldwide, every discussion - whether in project teams, during final presentations, on the Yale campus tour, or over dinners in New Haven - was enriched by diverse professional and cultural perspectives. Those interactions turned a group of global peers into a connected international community.

I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to enhance leadership skills, gain fresh perspectives on decision-making, and build a truly global network. It’s a rare opportunity to learn from world-class faculty while exchanging ideas with peers from around the world - and to return with insights you can apply immediately in your organization.

Visited IMD, Switzerland

The GNAM week at IMD in Lausanne was an intense and highly enriching academic experience. The program focused on “Future-Proofing Digital Transformation” and stood out for its unique integration of academic insight with real-world application of innovation and change management.

The curriculum combined dynamic lectures by IMD’s world-class faculty with hands-on teamwork, daily reflections, and real-time case discussions. A highlight of the program was a strategic project conducted in collaboration with the International Olympic Committee (IOC), aimed at designing digital engagement solutions to connect sports fans between Olympic Games.

What distinguishes IMD is its leadership-centered approach. The week was carefully structured to challenge assumptions, provoke critical thinking, and facilitate meaningful dialogue on how leaders can drive lasting transformation. Collaboration with peers from top schools such as Yale, Oxford, Berkeley, HEC, and ESMT brought diverse global perspectives that further deepened the learning experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone seeking to understand how to build competitive advantage in the digital age—not just through technology, but by leveraging people, culture, and bold leadership.

Visited Seoul National University, South Korea

As someone from East Germany, I had only known the division of Germany from history books - yet in Korea, the reality of a divided nation is still tangible. Visiting the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) was just one of the many powerful moments during the GNAM Week at Seoul National University (SNU), an experience that left a lasting impression on me both professionally and personally.

SNU truly is a hidden champion. With students from over ten countries and partner schools around the globe, the program created the perfect platform to grow my network from day one. Four rich academic modules covered Korean business culture, the ABCD framework, and Korea’s role in global markets, expanding my perspective far beyond what I had expected.

What stood out most was how thoughtfully everything was organized. From interactive lectures to group dinners, a Korean cooking class, and a ten-minute live pitch session, every element was designed to push us out of our comfort zones and bring us closer together as a team. No one was left on their own, and the SNU staff created an open, energetic, and inclusive atmosphere throughout the week.

I can only recommend this program to anyone who wants to think globally, learn deeply, and experience South Korea from the inside out. It was an unforgettable week that will stay with me for a long time.

Visited Fudan University School of Management, China

As part of the Executive MBA program at Kozminski University, I had the opportunity to participate in the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM) week at Fudan University in Shanghai. It was an incredibly enriching experience that offered a deep dive into the Chinese business environment, with a strong focus on innovation, digital ecosystems, and the geopolitical landscape.

The academic sessions were led by outstanding faculty and complemented by company visits that brought real-world context to the classroom discussions. Additionally, we had the opportunity to experience the diverse Chinese business environment firsthand by visit a leading travel-tech company and the world’s largest steel producer. What made the week truly special was the diversity of the participants—engaging with professionals from around the world added a valuable cross-cultural dimension to the learning experience.

This GNAM week not only expanded my global business perspective but also strengthened my international network. I highly recommend the Fudan GNAM experience to any Executive MBA student looking to broaden their horizons and gain firsthand insights into one of the world’s most dynamic economies.

The Global Network Week at the Asian Institute of Management in Manila was a highly valuable experience. The program was well-curated, covering a wide range of topics: from global trends to more niche areas such as Islamic banking and AI in cybersecurity, making the academic content both diverse and thought-provoking.
