Prelegenci

Katarzyna Szczudlińska-Urban

She loves accompanying others on the journey of discovering and enjoying their full potential, drawing on inner courage and authenticity. She is truly passionate about observing and supporting others in making positive changes in their lives, internally and externally. It's no wonder that the topics and projects she creates or engages in are so strongly rooted in the themes of coaching, mentoring, improving one's skills and reskilling, such as Future Engineers and the Mentoring Platform at Nordea.

She believes that being a leader is not based on authoritarianism and roles, but on relationships. In her years of experience in coaching and mentoring, she focuses on talents, with attentiveness and openness, getting to know where someone is in order to support them in getting to where they want to be. Because dreams don't come true, dreams come true. He sees the human being holistically, as an integrity of thought, feeling and body, so in his work he combines:
- experience from being a human being, Coach, Mentor, Leader, Project Manager, Communication Specialist, Mom
- tools based on: Strengths Coaching (Gallup), NVC, Cognitive Coaching, Mindfulness, GROW Model and many others;
- feeling one's body, understanding one's emotions, needs, being open to what is previously unrecognized in us.

In her work and personal life, she relies on values that are important to her such as freedom, authenticity, courage, sensitivity, openness and taking pleasure in small things. She is a person with a huge dose of optimism, and when looking at an issue, she likes to pose numerous questions in order to break it down into small parts and see potential solutions. As much as she puts a lot of energy and heart into working with others, she also works a lot on herself, as she wants to do her part in creating a more sensitive world.

Privately, she practices yoga, mindfulness and as often as possible, including spontaneous trips to the sea. Cycling, listening to music, dancing or reading books gives her freedom and the opportunity for reflection.
