Monika Sońta, Ph.D. in social sciences, teaches in the Department of Management in Networked Societies and in Employer Branding postgraduate studies. Her scientific interests focus on organizational communication and employee engagement, creativity in organizations, along with diversity and inclusion development support and the quality of working life. Sońta completed diverse courses, including Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy Program by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2021), postgraduate studies in psychology of advertising (2009), and talent and knowledge management in organizations (2012). She participated in many conferences and seminars for academic teachers. She authored several scientific publications, including “What You Create Is What You Learn” (with S. Magala), International Journal of Management and Applied Research, Vol. 7, No. 3 (2020), pp. 293–307.
