A communications leader with many years of experience in building strong brands, creating corporate strategies and developing organisational culture. She combines historical, cultural and business knowledge to create non-standard, effective communication strategies that support the development of organisations from within and without. She specialises in integrated corporate image building, designing engaging employer branding activities, and initiating and developing CSR projects.
For many years, she has been actively supporting young talent as a mentor, working, among others, in the Perspektywy Foundation's programmes: IT for SHE and Women Tech Summit. She is a committed diversity and inclusion (D&I) activist, inspiring both teams and stakeholders to create environments based on respect, trust and cooperation.
She worked as Marketing and Communications Director at Ericsson, which has 2,200 employees in Poland. She built and strengthened the company's image in a changing business environment and through numerous technological transformations from 2G to 6G. She managed organisational change processes, effectively integrating employees during several reorganisations and acquisitions of external companies, including over 2,000 employees.
