Graduate of Kozminski University (Executive MBA).

Ewelina worked for 15 years in her family’s manufacturing business, serving as Brand Manager, General Director, and CEO. She was also responsible for the company's sale and coordinated the entire M&A process. Currently, she is on the board of a company that produces children's accessories, where she also serves as Operations Director.

Since 2017, she has been a mentor in the international Early Warning Europe program, leading monitoring processes with entrepreneurs in crisis and creating the Mentor Academy (EWEMA) and RESC EWE tools. She is an active member of the Program Council of the Family Business Foundation in Poznań.

She also runs the blog www.sukcesorka.pl, which focuses on the emotional aspects of succession.
