The aim of the project

The aim of the project is to increase the efficiency of university management in order to minimize the phenomenon of early school leaving due to the need to adapt the educational offer to the needs of economic development and the green and digital transformation, including the creation of a system for monitoring the drop-out phenomenon by September 30, 2028.

The Project will achieve this goal through a catalogue of horizontal and specific activities, implemented within six complementary tasks, forming a comprehensive program to counteract drop-outs:

1. SMART MONITORING – an early response system to drop-outs 2. CONSCIOUS CHOICE – transformation of the recruitment process 3. EARLY START – a talent development program 4. 360° EDUCATION – integrated learning 5. ACADEMIC COMMUNITY – an adaptation and integration program 6. EFFECTIVE CAREER START – cooperation with employers.

Target Group

The project is aimed at Kozminski University staff and students. The project will support: - 625 male and female students (314 female/325 male), - 14 administrative staff members at Kozminski University The project's indirect target group will also include high school students and staff, as well as potential university applicants.

Results

Thanks to the implementation of the Project, Kozminski University will adapt its education to the needs of economic development and the green and digital transformation within the scope of the Project. As a result, 625 students (314 women/325 men) and 14 administrative staff members, will acquire competences or qualifications thanks to ESF+ support.

Signals, reports or complaints regarding non-compliance of FERS projects with the provisions of the CRPD may be submitted by natural persons (project participants or their proxies and representatives), institutions participating in the implementation of European Union funds, social parties (associations, foundations), using (in each case below) the application is deemed to have been submitted in writing):

1) traditional mail - in the form of a letter to the ministry's address: Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, Wspólna 2/4 str., 00-926 Warszawa or address of the Intermediate Body: National Center for Research and Development, Chmielna 69 str., 00-801 Warsaw, 2) e-PUAP outbox of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy or the National Center for Research and Development.
