The project is funded under the European Funds for Social Development program 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus.

Project Objective

The goal of the project is to adapt the educational offeri of Kozminski University to the needs of the economy as well as the green and digital transformation, in line with employment market expectations, through comprehensive actions in selected study programs.

Key tasks:

1. Implement of 2 new educational programs:

  • ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LAW (master's degree studies, part-time, in Polish) 
  • LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (bachelor's degree studies, full-time, in Polish) 

2. Modification of 4 existing study programs: 

  • LAW (5-year master's program, full-time and part-time) 
  • LAW AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (master's degree studies, part-time, in Polish) 
  • ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN BUSINESS (master's degree studies, part-time, online, in English) 
  • MANAGEMENT (master's degree studies, full-time and part-time in Polish, and full-time, part-time, and online part-time in English) 

3. Inclusion of additional educational elements such as: study visits conducted in Poland and abroad, workshops, internships, and courses utilizing virtual reality (VR) and e-learning components in the above six study programs. 

4. Enhancing the competencies of Kozminski University's academic and teaching staff. 

5. Implementation of solutions to reduce early school leaving (anti-dropout measures) by the end of 2028. 

The new programs and modifications were developed in collaboration with employers and field experts, addressing the needs of the contemporary employment market.

Target group

  • University - Kozminski University support to adapt education to the needs of economic development and green and digital transformation
  • Students studying in the fields of study covered by the creation or modification of educational programs. 
  • Academic staff involved in the implementation of didactics in the fields of study covered by the project.

Project results include:

  • 417 students and representatives of academic staff - who will acquire competencies or qualifications thanks to ESF+ support
  • Kozminski University will adapt education to the needs of economic development and green and digital transformation.
