The Heart of AI: AI and Data Science Training Hub in the Center of Europe (HAI)
The challenges currently witnessed in higher education, also by Kozminski University (KU), are to strengthen today's youth in the jobs of tomorrow and to fill the gaps in the education system in the areas of AI and Big Data Science. Especially, that there is practically no distance learning offer which would allows for developing competences that are a unique interface between business, AI and high technologies.
The main goal of the project "The Heart of AI: AI and Data Science Training Hub in the Center of Europe" is to increase the internationalization of KU by enriching the educational offer with three new intensive international training programs implemented in the remote formula, i.e.: PYTHON I and II, DATA SCIENCE FOR BUSINESS and AI IN BUSINESS AND NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING FOR BUSINESS
Under the project, the following tasks will be performed:
- development of 3 International Intensive Training Programs (IMPK) in the area of Python, AI in Business and Data Science for Business
- recruitment of participants
- implementation of I IMPK - PYTHON I and II
- realization II IMPK - DATA SCIENCE FOR BUSINESS
- realization III IMPK - AI IN BUSINESS AND NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING FOR BUSINESS
The programming is aimed at 75 people (38F and 37M) – international students, i.e. foreigners of a third-year undergraduate, second-cycle studies or from the third year of graduate studies, interested in the subject of AI, Big Data, Computing, Programming, Business.
The assumed results of the project:
- Extending the educational offer of KU with 3 new intensive international training programs (IMPK) implemented remotely, addressed to foreign students.
- Increased interest of foreign students in the educational offer of KU, and thus in Poland as an attractive destination of educational opportunities.
