The conference will begin with a speech by Prof. Oskar Kowalewski - Professor of Finance at IESEG School of Management (Paris Campus), a member of LEM-CNRS 9221, and affiliated with the Institute of Economics, Polish Academy of Sciences. He has previously held positions as Associate Professor at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), Kozminski University, and Vistula University in Warsaw.
Next will be workshops addressing the topics of conscious and consistent resume building, publishing strategies crucial to academic career development, and taking care of mental health in academia
The conference is aimed at PhD students and young researchers who are considering their future as a researcher.
