Project goal
In response to the needs and expectations of employers and the labor market, the goal of the project is development of future competences, including digital and management, of people employed in the education and higher education sector, aged 18-64, by:
- Task 1- development and updating of the Digital Leaders Program, consisting of 8 modules;
- Task 2 - implementation of training activities;
- Task 3 - inclusion of elements supplementing the Digital Leaders Program, such as study visits and mentoring consultations.
The program includes 8 modules. Its distinguishing feature is the combination of access to artificial intelligence (AI), the development of digital and leadership competences in a dynamically transforming world, which is the foundation of a modern school.

- Media literacy and critical thinking in the era of artificial intelligence

- Digital transformation: Overview of concepts, technologies, business models
- Deep Immersion in Digital Transformation: A Detailed Guide for Educators
Module IV
- Artificial intelligence and future skills curriculum
- Empowering students with artificial intelligence: supporting ethical use and self-improvement
Module V
- Implementing green transformation in teaching and management
- Using digital technologies for sustainable development
Module VI
- Manager and leader. Competencies of the future in manager's work
- Conflicts at work. Types of conflicts and strategies for resolving conflict situations
Module VII
- Change management in the organization
- Decision making in the organization and decision traps
Module VIII, including the ceremonial ending of the Program
- Resilience and well-being in the digital environment.

The essence of the Project is the individualized participation paths of the participants, which will take into account their needs and expectations. Each participant will take part in at least two modules of the Program, but may also participate in all of them. Additionally, they will also be able to take advantage of elements complementing the Program, including study visits and mentoring, according to their own preferences and based on the recommendation of an educational advisor.
Target group:
- 140 participants of the Project, in two editions of the Program.
Results:
- 112 participants of the Project will acquire competences of the future, including digital and management skills
