Marta is an HR specialist with 13 years of experience in aviation, e-commerce, and logistics. Having lived, studied, and worked across three continents, she currently resides in Berlin, working for Zalando, a leading European fashion and lifestyle platform.

Her HR experience spans 22 European countries, including Poland, Germany, France, Spain, and the UK. She started her career in customer service in the Middle East before transitioning to business roles and later into HR. What she enjoys most about HR is helping business leaders reach their goals while positively impacting workplace culture and employee growth.

She has served as a mentor in an e-mentoring program at KU, advising students on career planning, and has led a webinar focused on building international careers.
