Eryk has over 10 years of experience in the event industry, starting as a producer at agencies like Master Brand and Allegro Brand Experience. From 2022 to 2024, he worked with HOLO Events as a Producer and Event Creative Director, creating innovative event concepts.

Since 2024, he has been the Director of Operations at Master Brand, overseeing Events, Sales, and Marketing & PR. He specializes in production, creative event management, and designing processes for event agencies. His portfolio includes events for brands such as McDonald's, Coca-Cola HBC Poland, and BNP Paribas.
