Speaker
Graduate of Dental Surgery from Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, and Organisational Psychology from IGNOU, India. He completed Postgraduate studies in Clinical Research (ACRP certified) and trained in Leadership & Strategy from IIM Bangalore, one of the world’s leading business schools.
With over 16 years in clinical trials, he has progressed from CRA and Trial Manager to leader-ship roles gaining experience across India, Malaysia, Thailand, Poland, and South-East Europe-an countries. In 2024, he took over as Therapy Area Head for CVD at Clinical Development Cen-tre Poland and now leads the second largest CVD clinical operations unit in Novo Nordisk.
He has played a key role in large organizational design and operational excellence projects, and authored resource management principles in Novo Nordisk’s CDC Playbook. His contributions to strategic initiatives have been widely recognized, including an invitation to speak at global therapy area heads meeting. For leading impactful clinical excellence initiatives, he was recognized by IO & received “Excellence in Operations Award for 2023” on behalf of CDC Poland.
