Transition Manager Academy Open Day (online)

Knowing Me, Knowing You (Aha!) - What ABBA can teach us about successful cross cultural transition?

As global transformations involve working with diverse teams and stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds, Project Managers need to have a deep understanding and appreciation of various cultures, including their values, norms, and communication styles. They should be able to adapt their leadership and communication approaches to foster collaboration and bridge cultural differences. So this time the main theme will be cross-cultural competences and global mindset.
