Chien-Huei Wu - Research Professor at the Institute of European and American Studies, Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan and visiting fellow at the Europa-Kolleg Institute in Hamburg, Germany. He has recently published Law and Politics on Export Restrictions: WTO and Beyond (CUP 2021).
