Want to understand what actually moves capital in sustainable finance? Sustainable finance is one of the fastest-growing talent markets in Europe - and most candidates don't know how the regulation actually works. That's your edge. SFDR, EU Taxonomy, and CSRD are reshaping how capital is allocated and how financial institutions hire. This session gives you a practitioner's view from inside one of Central Europe's largest asset managers. You'll walk away knowing:

  •  How Article 8 & 9 funds work - and what it means for investment decisions
  •  What PAI, GIR, and CSRD disclosures signal about portfolio quality and risk
  •  Which roles sustainable finance is creating - and how to position yourself for   them

Know the rules. Understand the market. Get ahead of the competition. Our special guest: Jakub Pyszyński

Legal Director, TFI PZU Sustainable Development Coordinator, PZU SA & PZU Życie Experience: Built Poland’s first SFDR-compliant green funds Participated in PZU’s first PAI, GIR, and CSRD carbon footprint disclosures
