About program
Program objective
The objective of this program is to build awareness and readiness to lead organizational growth in the age of disruptive technological and societal changes, remote work, digital transformation and overwhelming uncertainty.

In this ‘New Normal, instead of ‘strategy planning’ we need to continuously ‘strategize’ to react to rapid changes and emergent realities. 

The program is designed for Change Managers, Communication Managers, People and Culture, Human Resources and Learning and Development professionals whose role is to support the development of organizations in a sustainable and agile manner, empowering employees along the way.

This program aims at development of competencies regarding designing organizational processes and modelling the organizational culture into the direction of future-scenario thinking, future-proof structures, supporting networked communities inside the organization and boosting engagement, unleashing creativity to be collectively responsive to changes.

Framework curriculum

The programme consists of 9 modules and includes lectures, special guests' speeches and interactive workshops, also using hands-on, minds on methods such as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.

Organizational Design and Agility – the participants will experience power of Design Thinking in the context of Organisational Design.

Pre-reading for this module:    Organizational Capabilities and Talent Development – this module is full of case studies and practical discussions around talent development and most recent concepts of leadership led by Izabela Holmes and Prof. Paweł Korzyński.

Internal Communication, Employee Engagement and Digital Experience (DEX) - we will work on Communication Strategy Frameworks and talk about most recent best practices in Internal and External Communication with Magda Magda Biedrzycka-Doliwa and Ula Radzińska.

AI in organizational development – networked organization, collaborative societies and why understanding patterns of relationships contributes to modelling of innovative culture. Kozminski faculty members from NERDS research group will explain all these concepts in details.

Well-being and designing positive organizations – case studies of HumanTech startups and scaleups that deliver solutions that empower employees, boost employee engagement and take care of employees’ mental and physical health led by Urszula Radzińska.

Engaging virtual meetings - practical training with various online and real touch methods such as   LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and visual projective techniques. The participants will also experience the importance of designing content strategies for their organizations. 

SCRUM Master training – 24 hours of introduction to SCRUM. After training with Marcin Ziółek you will be ready to get the SCRUM Master certification.

In her current role, as the Head of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, DC, she provides thought leadership and strategic direction to the following functions: Organizational Design, Effectiveness, Culture and Change Management; Talent Acquisition; Learning and Development; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I), Employee Engagement; Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning; Employee Relations and Risk Mitigation, HR Analytics, HR Policy & Process.  Izabela received her master’s degree in HR Development from Villanova University in Philadelphia, and she is currently a doctoral candidate in the Organizational Leadership program at Concordia University in Chicago.

Frederik Haentjens

Frederik Haentjens is a Digital Innovation & Organizational Transformation consultant.

He has 20 years of specialist experience in Organizational Design & Development (ODD), Organizational Agility, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, Digital Transformation, Remote Working and Disruptive Innovation.

He helps Middle Eastern, African and Asian organizations in the public and private sectors to achieve their business challenges.

Magdalena Biedrzycka-Doliwa

Magda is the Head of Corporate Communications at Deloitte Poland. She is and engaged and energetic business communication professional with experience working for companies from media and IT industry. Certified mentor and PhD candidate at Kozminski University.

PhD Anit Zbieg

Expert with experience in Work & People Analytics and management practice. Network analyst, collaboration and communication analyst. Author of over a dozen scientific papers on organizational network analysis (ONA). PhD thesis on ONA as a method of evolution for organizational structures. She built her experience into the software that visualizes how people and teams cooperate and makes real-time analytics on people, work and collaboration gathered from the tools a company uses.

dr Barbara Zych

prof. dr hab. Dariusz Jemielniak

Dariusz Jemielniak is Full Professor and head of Management in Networked and Digital Environments (MINDS) department, Kozminski University,  and faculty associate at Berkman-Klein Center for Internet and Society, Harvard University. He is a corresponding member of the Polish Academy of Sciences. His recent books include Collaborative Society (2020, MIT Press, with A. Przegalińska), Thick Big Data (2020, Oxford University Press), Common Knowledge? An Ethnography of Wikipedia (2014, Stanford University Press). His current research projects include climate change denialism online, anti-vaxxer internet communities, and bot detection.  He serves on the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees.

Jest kognitywistą, filozofem, kulturoznawcą. Jest absolwentem filozofii angielskiej i kulturoznawstwa na Uniwersytecie Warszawskim oraz międzyuczelnianych studiów w Akademii "Artes Liberales". Pracuje w dziedzinie interakcji człowiek-komputer, fenomenologii i poczucia agencji/kontroli. Obecnie kończy studia doktoranckie z psychologii na Uniwersytecie SWPS i zajmuje się badaniem chatbotów, robotów i akcesorii inteligentnych we współpracy z MIT. Jest również konsultantem dla różnych sektorów biznesu (bankowość, analiza danych, telekomunikacja). W wolnym czasie Leon uwielbia popularyzować Naukę (Neuronową) jako członek  fundacji "Brain!".
