ABOUT PROGRAM
PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
In many professional roles, individuals are required to work with financial information, assess the financial implications of actions, or participate in decisions that affect budgets, profitability, and financial risk. This applies not only to managers, but also to entrepreneurs, project leaders, and specialists whose responsibilities extend beyond purely technical or functional tasks. Finance for Non-Financial Managers is a postgraduate program designed to provide a solid and practical understanding of finance for individuals without prior financial education.
This program is directed to managers, entrepreneurs, team leaders, specialists, and other professionals without a financial background who are involved in financially relevant decisions.
The goals of the program are to:
- provide participants with a structured and comprehensive understanding of the key areas of corporate finance relevant to managerial, professional, and entrepreneurial roles,
- equip participants with a practical financial toolkit that supports informed and responsible financial decision-making,
- develop the ability to interpret and evaluate financial information in order to understand the financial condition and performance of an organization,
- build financial competencies that enable participants to engage effectively in discussions and decisions involving financial aspects of business activities.

Hybrid Learning Experience
Classes conducted in a hybrid format take place in specially equipped hybrid classrooms that allow participants to attend either in person on campus or online, while taking part in the same live session. The classrooms are equipped with cameras, microphones, and streaming technology that capture the instructor and the classroom environment in real time.
Participants who prefer the on-campus experience can attend the session in the classroom, interacting directly with the instructor and fellow participants. Those joining remotely connect to the same live class online and can actively participate by asking questions, engaging in discussions, and interacting with the instructor in real time.
The key advantage of the hybrid format is flexibility. Participants can choose the mode of participation that best fits their schedule and circumstances - attending classes on campus when convenient or joining online from home, from work, or from abroad. The format also allows participants to easily switch between modes when needed, for example due to travel, unexpected commitments, or personal preference.
Lectures take place once or twice per month:
- one class per week is held on a weekday - Monday to Thursday 5.30 p.m. – 8.45 p.m. (online)
- Fridays 5.30 p.m. - 8.45 p.m. (hybrid format or fully online depending on organizational arrangements)
