Leading lecturers
The next edition of the study is starting, and below are the opinions of the students of the first edition

HR Director: "I have been working with board members for years. The knowledge from the studies allows me to support them even better."
HR Manager: "I admit that as an experienced HR Specialist, I thought that most of the topics would be known to me. During each of the weekends, I discover how "deep" this profession is and how much knowledge is required to be able to reliably advise clients / candidates. I recommend these studies in particular to people working in HR departments in large enterprises or corporations, due to the extensive experience of the lecturers in working with the business side in the above-mentioned area. Looking at the profile of the students, I think that these studies are also for people who want to "rebrand" and change their career paths to become a Career Consultant."
Learning & Development Manager: "I appreciate the practical aspect of these studies. I am learning to work with business-type clients."
HRBP: "I have worked in many areas of HR: talent management, creating career paths, employer branding, recruitment – now I have a way to properly structure my know-how and I learn many new tools."
Head of Sales: "I manage a large team and I am regularly asked for advice on further career development. I am learning how to share advice in a professional and responsible manner."
Senior Recruitment Specialist: "One of the weekends made me realize even more, how important it is to know the "tools", to properly support and help the clients to achieve their professional goals."
Coach / Trainer: "I really like the special guest format. We get the opportunity to listen to other perspectives, ask questions and build our network – it's very valuable!"
Manager, Planning & Developing Competencies: "The customer cases are great! We discuss real situations that can happen to everyone. And I am very glad that from the 4th weekend on, we are partially ready to solve some of the cases on our own."
Operations Manager: "The more I get into it, the more I know that I know nothing; but everything inside me tells me that these studies are a good choice for me."
