- There are several reasons - explains Prof. Grzegorz Mazurek, Rector of our University. - First of all, our reality is changing rapidly, which requires a different, modern look at business and economic processes. Secondly, the great value of Executive MBA studies is the quality of interpersonal contacts, which in the case of people with an established professional position pays off in the form of exchange of mutual experiences. Thirdly, in case of Kozminski University, the achievements and reputation of the university are decisive - our staff supports with their knowledge and experience the development of top managers studying on the Executive MBA program.

- During my MBA studies at Kozminski I met wonderful people. Our group of graduates stick together, we exchange opinions, help each other to solve professional problems, we do it kindly and ethically. There is no competition between us. The studies met my expectations, and additionally gave a solid dose of motivation - recalls Marta Kowalczyk-Rompała, graduate of the 53rd Executive MBA at KU. Currently we are recruiting for the 60th edition of the program, which will start in the spring of 2021.

Organizing studies in the remote learning system is a serious challenge for the university, especially in relation to the EMBA program, which is difficult and includes 600 didactic hours within a year and a half. Students usually spend a week in Berlin at the partner university ESCP Business School, where they are introduced to innovative German companies. This year's trip was postponed until spring 2021. - When the epidemic situation allows for this element of the program, we will provide the students with the opportunity to join the same trip with every other year when they can travel freely," explains Sylwia Hałas-Dej.
