The bachelor's thesis of our economics graduate Maciej Kaszycy won the main prize in the competition for the best thesis at the Swiss-Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw at the Embassy of Switzerland in Poland.
The subject of the thesis was the activity of multiplying the capital of family offices with the advent of takeovers of private companies.
The main prize was awarded to our graduate by Vontobel Bank - a large investment bank operating mainly in Switzerland, managing the capital of nearly 200 billion CHF.
The promoter of the thesis was prof. Adam Noga, Head of the Department of Economics at KU.
