The best business schools in Central and Eastern Europe are already catching up with their Western competitors, although there is still a certain distance between them and the top ten, which this year is led by HEC Paris, London Business School, Bocconi University and St. Gallen University. Kozminski University, which is the leader in our region, has the best chances for promotion to the European "ivy league".

In a strategic alliance with the oldest business school in the world, ESCP Europe, Kozminski is already on the 14th position in the Financial Times European Business Schools 2019
ranking published on December 9th, 2019. Kozminski is ranked 48th and is ahead of the Czech University of Economics in Prague (56th place), St. Petersburg University (59th place), Warsaw School of Economics (69th place), Hungarian Corvinus University (87th place) and University of Ljubljana (89th place).

The list of the best business schools in Europe published annually in December by the Financial Times is based on a number of partial criteria, in particular the positions obtained in several previously published rankings, such as full-time MBA, Executive MBA, Global Master's in Management and Executive Education. The Financial Times send questionnaires to graduates who provide them with information on their careers and financial advancement achieved in three years after graduation. Some of the criteria relate to the general conditions of study.

International students from all over the world, who want to study in Europe, choose the university based on its position in the "Financial Times" ranking. Kozminski University attracts hundreds of international students every year. Currently, 1500 foreigners from over 70 countries study at Kozminski University. They praise their stay in Poland because of the relatively low cost of living, high quality of life and the possibility of participating in the student life of the capital, which they consider to be a friendly and safe place.

All international students stress that their choice was determined by the university's position in te FT rankings and its international accreditations, the so called triple crown: AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA. The University obtained a complete set of these accreditations already in 2011. Kozminski University has been present in the FT rankings for 10 years, occupying the position as the leader of managerial education in Central Europe.
