What is included in the program fee?
Executive Master Class tuition fee covers course materials, LinkedIn Learning access, welcome dinner, lunch and catering during breaks, parking, Wi-Fi on campus, access to our databases and the gym. No admission fee or similar is charged.

Are there any tuition discounts?
Yes. We offer several discounts, which can be combined, if you meet the conditions:
- Early Bird discount: 10%. Registration has to be performed until the Early Bird registration deadline of a program and payed according to invoice due date.
- Kozminski Alumni discount: 10%. Every registered Kozminski Alumni Club is eligible. Not yet registered in the Alumni database? Obtain your Alumni Card at: kariera.kozminski.edu.pl/en/absolwenci/alumni-card/about-the-alumni-card/
- Team discount: 10%. When three or more participants from one organization attend an Executive Master Class together, each participant is eligible for a Team discount.


Will I receive a certificate at the end of the program?
All program participants will receive an Executive Master Class Certificate of Professional Excellence in the specialized field upon completion of the program.

Are the open enrollment programs graded or are tests given?
No. Grades are not conferred nor are tests given; participants receive a certificate of completion after attending each program.

When payment is due?
If admitted to a program, an acceptance letter will be sent electronically and will contain an invoice for the tuition fee together with eligible discounts. The invoice is payable according to the due date stated.

What is the application process?
You can apply to the program of your choice on line. Acceptance is not automatic and your application will be reviewed by our team to ensure the best fit between applicants and program. Spaces on our programs can fill up quickly so we encourage you to apply early and ensure your submission is as comprehensive as possible. The program leader will conduct a short on-line interview with every candidate to understand your expectations and provide guidance.

What is the benefit of having access to financial information databases such as FT, Bloomberg or Thomson Reuters?
During the program, you will be able to master efficient data gathering, analysis techniques, simulations and practical decision-making based on the most sophisticated resources common in the financial world. This gives you a good opportunity to test their value-added for your professional needs.

How can I use the LinkedIn Learning platform?
The LinkedIn Learning platform is used as a part of our blended learning approach. You will enjoy free access to over 8.000 business relevant courses, which will help you improve your critical skills with the help of expert led videos.
This platform will be used by our speakers to suggest preparatory materials before the program starts. Moreover, you can use it to review top quality materials on various topics and at your own pace. Hence, you can collect certificates and promote acquired skills via your LinkedIn profile.

What is the role of CFA Society Poland in the program?
We have a long tradition of cooperation with professional associations. One of the most important in the field of corporate finance is our strategic partnership with CFA Society Poland. Together we are pooling the best resources in order to guarantee practically relevant courses combined with academic rigor. At the same time, both partners are eager to promote the highest ethical standards and professional excellence in finance.

Do I need to present a certificate for my English language skills?
No. Participants are required to be fluent in understanding, speaking, and reading English but no specific exam is required. Your experience and background is in line with that of a large number of our participants and you are welcome to register for the courses.

Should I bring my own laptop?
It is not mandatory, but we encourage you to bring your own devices to access on-line program materials and our databases. You will be able to access the WiFi network on campus.

What is the typical dress code?
For classes, "business casual" dress is customary. Business casual is defined as skirts/pants, open-necked shirts or blouses, and sweaters. The dress code is always informal after class and for dinner, unless otherwise announced. For welcome dinner, men may wish to bring a jacket and tie, and similarly appropriate attire for women.

Are there any general terms and conditions?
Yes. Please review our general conditions for more information. Ending your participation in the program (which includes any substitutions, transfers or postponements) must be confirmed via email to the Program coordinator. Cancellations received more than six weeks before the program starts aren't subject to any contract penalty or charges.

What happens if I have to cancel my enrollment?
All cancellations must be made in writing. Send a note to the Program coordinator indicating that you wish to cancel your enrollment. Cancellations fees are as follows:
42 days or more prior to the program start date: €100 administrative fee
41-22 days prior to the program start date: 50% cancellation fee
21 days or less prior to the program start date: 100% cancellation fee.

Will I need a visa?
Please check directly with the relevant embassy in your home country to determine whether you need an entry visa for the European Union if you are a non-EU citizen.

Are meals included?
For the period of the program, you receive a welcome dinner on the first evening, lunches and catering during the brakes.
Participants with special dietary requirements are encouraged to contact Program coordinator prior to their arrival.

What facilities are available?
On campus, you will find various eateries serving a range of food and drink, a well-stocked gift shop and library access throughout the course of your program.

What services are available for participants with disabilities?
Our campus is adapted to the needs of students, faculty and visitors with motion disabilities. Lecture halls are equipped with facilities for students with hearing disabilities.

Is there any preparation needed before attending the program?
You'll receive instructions from the Program coordinator around six weeks before starting the program. The information we send will direct you to your registered e-mail and will include the program timetable, pre-program reading and preparation work, and a list of fellow participants.

Where can I stay during the program?
Accommodations are available in short distance from the campus. You may reserve a room at one of several hotels in the area. Please find more details at
