Talent Program for Scholars of the Kozminski Foundation

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Talent Program is dedicated to the Scholars of the Kozminski Foundation.

Receiving the Kozminski Foundation Jubilee Scholarship provides:

  • mentor care
  • care of advisors and coaches of the Career Development and Cooperation with the Environment Office
  • the opportunity to meet with businesses

In November, a group of selected Scholarship Holders will be given the opportunity to choose a mentor with whom they would like to cooperate.

Inauguration of the Program - December 11, 2024

TALENT PLACEMENT

MENTORING PROCESS

We have invited individuals from various industries who achieve success daily and draw valuable lessons from failures to participate in the program. They are eager to share their knowledge and experience, motivate behavioral changes, assist in career planning, establish valuable contacts, and build fulfilling interpersonal relationships. From a list of Mentors, young Talents can choose three individuals with whom they would like to collaborate. Their preferences will influence the final selection of one mentor.

TRAINING AND ADVISORY SUPPORT

The proposed activities will provide Talents with valuable inspiration and help them better understand themselves and discover their potential.  They will use those assets in the future by doing what gives them satisfaction and at what they excel. We have organized meetings (in-person, webinars) with top experts who currently hold key roles in their organizations as leaders, specialists, and advisors. They will share their choices and experiences to inspire young people to build their career paths - on their own terms, aligned with their values and needs. Coaching, advisory, and feedback sessions using developmental tools will also support self-awareness, career building, and achieving goals more consciously and strategically.

TALENT PLACEMENT

We emphasize PROACTIVITY,  so we encourage program participants to propose their own initiatives and ideas on how to put them into practice.

We are pleased to offer our support to Talents by connecting them with representatives of the business and academic communities. We can also recommend Talents for participation in attractive projects: implementation projects, (personalized) internships or on-the-job training, study visits, as well as thematic workshops and meetings with key individuals from partner companies.
