“I've always been interested in research, but frankly speaking, didn't know how it works at all. TOP15 was a great opportunity for me to find out what is research all about. It turned out that the research itself is just a beginning and then there come even more challenges, as the preparation of the article, reviewers’ comments (that are not always as good as you anticipated) and project dissemination. TOP15 program gave me this unique opportunity to have a peak of what an academic research looks like and how challenging it is. After the program finished I went to Oxford conference to present my research results and got engaged in new research projects. For me, it was a beginning of my academic career. Surely, the decision to participate in TOP15 led me to the place I am today”.
