Graduate programs - requirements 

  • Transcript of records with number of hours per each course, ECTS, grades (and key to grading system attached), GPA and confirmation how many semesters student completed
  • Proved translation of transcript of records to polish
  • Completed and signed application from the attachment
  • Original Bachelor/Master degree diploma or notarized copy, transcript of records.
  • Legalization/apostille of the Undergraduate/Graduate degree diploma (non-Polish diplomas).
  • Translation into Polish or English of the foreign Undergraduate/ Graduate degree diploma.
  • Candidate's CV including details of previous education and professional career.
  • One  reference letter.
  • High School Diploma or notarized copy translated into Polish or English.
  • Two printed passport-size photos should be sent together with the documents by post;
  • One scanned photo in jpg format by e-mail.
  • Copy of the candidate’s ID/ passport.
  • Certificate of the English language proficiency (unless candidate is citizen of a country where English is the official language).

    Additionally, non-EU candidates are required to submit  

    • Medical certificate stating that the condition of your health allows you to be a student.
    • Health and accident insurance (immediately after the arrival).
    • Valid visa or Temporary Residence Permit / Karta Pobytu (immediately after the arrival).
    • A supplement to the undergraduate degree diploma.
    • Recognition/Legalization/apostille of the High School Diploma when necessary (it does not apply to Polish “Matura” or IB).
    • Proved translation of a foreign High School Diploma into Polish
    • Nostrification (notarization) of the candidate’s high school diploma, if it was obtained in non-EU country. The nostrification can be done in Poland within the first semester of studies. Legalization should be done in the country of origin before arriving in Poland.
