Sales of gadgets through auction services, internships at Idea Bank and Citibank, marketing projects at DDoB agency - that's how Filip Sobel's professional life began. Today, he is the founder of Staffly, a start-up that has developed a tool to connect employees with employers. His company offers a system that verifies a candidate's key personality traits using artificial intelligence and psychometrics. In just four months since its launch, Staffly has conducted nearly 25,000 candidate tests, acquired dozens of companies for testing, and signed its first contracts. Toyota, Biedronka, Żabka, and Starbucks among others have decided to commercially implement their system. The company has raised one million PLN in funding from the Czysta3.vc fund.
